Question: How much does it cost to register?
Answer:  Nothing, whether you are a Employer or a Jobseeker, registration is totally free.

Question:  I have emailed the support team, when will I receive a reply?
Answer:  All queries/enquiries will be answered within 2 working days.

Question:  Why I haven’t received my activation email after registration?
Answer:  Please check that you entered the correct email address on registration, if you are still having difficulty, please contact our support team support@dentistry-world.com

Question: How much does it cost to apply for a vacancy?
Answer:  Nothing, jobseekers will not be charged any fees for using Dentistry-World.com

Question:  I have tried to post a vacancy, however the Submit button doesn’t appear?
Answer:  Please ensure you have bought credits, if you do not have sufficient the Submit button does not appear.

Question:  How do I edit a vacancy I have posted?
Answer:  Log into your account and click on the Active Jobs tab, on the right hand side click on the pink spanner.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

If you want to apply for jobs, you will need to register as a jobseeker. 

1.  Click on the Register button in the Jobseeker Login Box from the Home or Vacancies page

 

2.  Complete the simple online form and either type or paste your CV in the box provided (copy your CV into your clipboard and press the relevant paste box on the header tab (see below)

 

3.  A window will then pop up press Ctrl+V  to paste and then click the Insert button at the bottom of the page.  The window will then close and you will be directed back to the Registration Form.

  

4.  Scroll to the end of the form where you must enter the verification code and agree to our Terms of Business, after you have done this click on the Submit button to complete the registration.

5.  An email will be sent to your registered address, which will require verification.  This email should arrive by return, if it does not, please email support@dentistry-world.com.

Jobseekers Account Page

When you have logged in to your account page, you will see two sections.  The first section is a list of all the vacancies you have applied for including dates etc.

The second section is your Account information - use this form if you wish to change your password, your address or your CV.


Searching Vacancies

You are able to search the vacancies listed on our site by using the category tabs, by Keyword or by country.

By entering a keyword and a location we will search our database and show any vacancies with your keywords in either the heading or the text.


Applying for Jobs

When you find a vacancy you wish to apply for, click on the ‘Apply’ button at the bottom of the vacancy, this will automatically send your details to the employer, this will then be listed on your account page so you can track your applications.


Create an Account as an Employer

In order to post vacancies on Dentistry-World.com you must first complete a free registration.  Firstly click on the ‘Employers’ link at the top right corner of the site.

Click on the ‘Register’ button on the Employers Login and a registration form will appear.

Complete the simple registration form ensuring you select your country correctly and you have entered the correct spelling or your email address.  Tick the box to agree to our Terms of Business and enter the verification code.

Once complete, please click on the ‘Submit’ button and an email will be sent to your registered address, which will require verification.  This email should arrive by return, if it does not, please email support@dentistry-world.com.


Employers Account Page

When you have registered successfully and logged on to your account.



Buying Credits

You will need to purchase credits to post your vacancies, which can be done by clicking on the ‘Buy Now’ button on the Post Jobs tab or by clicking on the Prices tab (1 credit = 1 job posting).

Your credit/debit card will be debited directly after the purchase and will be shown on your card statement as Dentistry-World.

We make use of secure payment page, which has been offered to us by our Payment Service Provider ChronoPay.  This payment page is secured via an SSL certificate.

 

Posting Jobs

When you have purchased credits, click on the Post Jobs tab and enter the details of the vacancy, ensuring you choose the correct category.  It is advisable to make sure you enter the currency symbol on the salary box as this site is viewed worldwide.  You can cut and paste your description into the description box alternatively you can type directly.

You should enter the email address where applications should be sent to (can be different from your username), along with a contact name.  If you want to keep your details confidential please change the selection on Show Company Name to ‘No’, applications will still be sent to your email address.  If you have purchased a Featured Vacancy and wish to use it, change the option to ‘Yes’.

Once complete, make sure you click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page.


Account Details

Click on the Account Details tab if you need to change your password, address or any other registration details.  You can also upload your company logo from this page.  When changes have been completed make sure your click ‘Confirm Changes’ button at the bottom of the page.


Active Jobs

By clicking on the Active Jobs page you can view all your current advertised vacancies, from here you can View, Edit or Delete and see who has applied.


Archived Jobs

When a posted job has expired or been deleted, it will automatically be placed in the Archived Jobs tab and be held there for a period of 3 months.  You can re-advertise these at any time during this period or retrieve applications linked to the vacancy.


Prices

Here you will find details of the job packages that can be purchased, please scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Buy Credits’ to select your preferred package and enter any promotional code you may have received.


Account History

You will be able to view all of your purchases you have made and download an invoice.
